ATTENTION
CURRENT VENDORS:
Rules, Price
& Deadline
The
Jordan Valley Volunteer Fire Dept.
will be responsible for vendor parking
during the Jordan Valley Big Loop Rodeo,
which is always held on the
3rd weekend in May.
Because of the overwhelming response
to this event, all vendors requiring
large vendor spaces will be
parked outside in the parking
area.
They will no longer be located
within the park grassy area.
In order to be fair to all vendors,
we have set a price of $.35 (35 cents)
per square foot for your space.
All vendors, whether a local or
not,
will pay .35 cents per square foot.
Vendors with trailers will be obligated
to keep them parked
until after the rodeo.
NO VENDOR ENTRY PARKING
WILL BE ALLOWED
BEFORE THURSDAY, 6 P.M.
Due to many interested vendors,
and the limited space we have at the park,
we now require space rent to be
paid in full by return mail
by April 1, 2012

This is required because partial addresses
will be returned by the
Postmaster.
Any leftover booth space will be open
to new Vendors who are on the waiting list.
Upon your arrival,
you will be shown where to park.
All
vendors will be responsible for
providing containers for refuse,
policing their area,
and disposing
of the refuse,
during and after the rodeo.
If you need to bring your pets,
please contain or chain them..
Your payment must be made
by return mail by April 1, 2012
or if other arrangements have been made.
We feel
the vendors are an important part
of the Jordan Valley Big Loop Rodeo weekend.
We gladly solicit any information

in order to make the weekend enjoyable.
