2011 SILENT AUCTION

A silent auction was held where folks bid
on items by writing their name
and bid on a paper
that is by the item they are bidding on. 
All the names and bids are visible
so they know who bid
and what the last bid is. 
This goes on for the two days of the Rope & Ride. 

At a pre-set time, the bidding is closed,
and the last name on the paper
with the highest bid gets the item. 

All the items are donated,
and this year we raised
$1830.00 on the auction.
